Pastor Dison

Superintendent Ernest W. Dison, is the lead organizer of the Faith in Action Coalition. His vision for helping and assisting ministries and churches achieve their divine calling and mission sits at the core of his passion for bring faith organizations together.

Pastor Dison, is the long serving Pastor and Founder of the St. Paul COGIC, located in the Lower 9th Ward in the City of New Orleans.  He’s known nationwide for his work in the area of substance abuse and rehabilitation.  A recovered addict himself, he knows and understands with tremendous compassion the struggles it takes to recover from the ills of addictive substances. His passion for this work has aided him with the ability to help countless addicts overcome their addictions and to stay substance free and clean long-term.

Pastor Dison is also a businessman and entrepreneur with multiple businesses in his portfolio and under his consultation.  He has motivated and helped business leaders both young and old across the country to develop their skills in the area of business.  His business savvy is sought out by people across cultural, racial, economic, and gender lines. Making him not only a businessman but also a business coach.

Pastor Dison is the loving husband of Mrs. Ernie Mae Dison and the father of three amazing children, Ernest Jr., Darin, and Joni, all who are literally following in their father’s footsteps.
